Workout-out groups for Fall 2025:

  • Track-Emphasis: Mid-distance and mile athletes preparing for indoor track.

  • Cross Country/Short Roads: Individuals seeking to compete at the Rothman 8K and continue training for USATF Club XC Nationals.

  • Fall Marathon: Athletes competing in the Chicago, New York, and Philadelphia Marathon - with workouts specific to the training timeline of each race.

Long Runs:

Sundays 9am

Easy Runs:

Every other day that ends in “y”
